Buried deep in the hard drive...
Originally an idea that grew out of a very small (8x10) painting I did late at night in 2001, it then appeared again as inspiration for a series of monoprints (screen printing) that were sold in 2004. The title of the series was "Foresight/For Sight" with one image depicting abstract arrows and the other showing a eye motif very similar to this painting.
This painting circa 2003/2004 was a piece I was working on that started as a commission. It was acrylic on wood panel, roughly 24 x 60 inches. It was one of a group of three options that didn't quite make the final pick. Afterwards it went to a 1960's mod bungalow refurb in old town Scottsdale.
I found this picture searching for seemingly long lost pictures of a Los Angeles photography project, but in the process found a bunch of gems. There will definitely be more treasures from the vault!
